Overnight oats are one of the easiest, healthiest breakfast ideas that you can ever make, and ever since I first discovered them a couple of years ago, they’ve become a morning favorite and a weekday staple for my family! You can do all the prep the night before, so it’s just a case of grabbing your jar, giving it a good stir, adding any extra toppings you might be in the mood for, and tucking in. They’re portable, they’re loaded with protein in the form of Greek yogurt, and best of all, there are just so many different flavors and varieties to explore that you needn’t ever get bored.

Whether you’re in the mood for something super simple like vanilla overnight oats (this is the one I make on repeat!), or something cozy like my banana-bread inspired overnight oats (my kid loves these!) there’s something here you’ll want to try…
