Strawberry Cheesecake Frappuccino

Today we’re making a homemade, healthier version of a Starbucks Strawberry Cheesecake Frappuccino! This is such a wonderfully refreshing and creamy chilled drink to enjoy in the summer months, and I’ve lightened it up by using almond milk, Greek yogurt, and fresh strawberries. It’s fresh and fruity, it’s super easy to make with just a handful of ingredients and a standard kitchen blender, and it’s way lighter than the version you typically find in your favorite coffee shop – WIN WIN!

Variations – How To Customize Your Frappuccino!

This healthier Strawberry Cheesecake Frappuccino is super versatile, and there are lots of fun ways to mix it up based on your preferences or what you have in your kitchen:

1. Make It Dairy-Free

  • Use dairy-free Greek-style yogurt and vegan cream cheese to keep it creamy without the dairy. Many grocery stores now have dairy free whipped cream available, too.
  • Swap in coconut milk for an extra rich, tropical twist.

2. Add a Boost

  • Toss in a scoop of vanilla or strawberry protein powder to make it a protein-packed snack or post-workout treat.
  • Add a spoonful of chia seeds or ground flaxseed for extra fiber and nutrients.

3. Try Different Fruit

  • Sub the strawberries for frozen raspberries, blueberries, or cherries for a new flavor combo.
  • Mix in a handful of banana slices to make it even creamier and naturally sweeter.

4. Make It Dessert-Level Indulgent

  • Drizzle graham cracker crumbs over the whipped cream for a classic cheesecake touch.
  • Add a swirl of light caramel or white chocolate syrup on top for extra decadence.

5. Turn It Into a Smoothie Bowl

  • Use less milk for a thicker consistency and pour it into a bowl.
  • Top with fresh fruit, granola, coconut flakes, and a spoonful of nut butter.

This recipe is super flexible, so don’t be afraid to experiment and make it your own!
