- Fresh ripe pineapple
- Canned coconut milk
- Lime juice
- Honey

Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Peel and core the pineapple, then cut in smaller pieces, so it fits the blender.

2. In the blender, add the cut pineapple, can of coconut milk, the juice of 1 lime and honey. Blend until smooth.

3. Divide the pineapple juice over your popsicle mold.

4. Place a popsicle stick in each popsicle.

5. Freeze for at least 6 hours.
6. Serve, and enjoy!

- 1 lime, juiced
- 1/4 cup honey
Instructions
