Add the heavy cream, condensed milk, whole milk, and vanilla extract to your Ninja Creami tub, and mix thoroughly to combine. You can use a fork or a mini whisk for this – it’s important that the condensed milk gets fully combined into the other ingredients!

Secure the lid, and place in the freezer for 24 hours. Once it’s taken out the freezer, it’ll look like this:

Remove from the freezer, remove the lid, wait for 10 minutes, and then spin on the ‘Ice Cream’ setting. You may need to re-spin if the texture is a little crumbly. This is the texture that you’re aiming for:

Form a well in the ice cream, using a cutlery knife – it should be around an inch wide, and go right the way down to the bottom of your tub.
