What You’ll Need
How To Make Crockpot Sticky Teriyaki Little Smokies
We love a dump and go recipe round here, and this is definitely one of those! No extra steps, we’re literally just throwing everything into the slow cooker.
Halfway through cooking, give everything a quick stir so the sauce coats all the little smokies evenly. Once they’re hot and glossy, they’re ready to serve straight from the crockpot!

Storage & Reheating
Store leftover little smokies in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
Reheat in the microwave or pop them back into the slow cooker until warmed through. The sauce thickens a little as it sits but loosens back up once reheated.
Quick Notes & Tips
- Use a thicker teriyaki sauce if you want the glaze extra sticky.
- If the sauce seems a little thin, leave the lid slightly cracked for the last 30 minutes.
- A small cornstarch slurry can help thicken the sauce even more if needed.
- Don’t overcook the little smokies or they can start to split!

Swaps & Variations
Chicken cocktail sausages work well instead of traditional little smokies if you want a lighter option.
Honey can be used in place of the brown sugar, and fresh pineapple works too, although it may release a little more liquid into the sauce as it cooks.
If you like a little heat, add some red pepper flakes or a drizzle of sriracha. You can also stir in a splash of pineapple juice for an even sweeter sauce.
Serving Ideas
These are perfect for parties! Serve them straight from the crockpot with toothpicks on the side so they stay warm. I like to put them out alongside sliders, dips, wings, chips, and other easy party food favorites.
