12 Crockpot Meal Prep Recipes You’ll Make on Repeat
You better believe that when I get the crockpot out, I’m expecting it to work hard! I love making a big batch of something at the start of the week, knowing it’ll sort lunches, make a couple of easy dinners, and probably leave enough to freeze too.
These aren’t the kind of meal prep recipes where you end up eating exactly the same thing every day. They’re all recipes you can use in different ways. One day it might be tacos, the next it’s a salad, then a rice bowl or sandwich. Same base recipe, completely different meal.
A few reasons I keep coming back to these recipes:
- They make a generous batch.
- Most freeze really well.
- They’re high in protein and actually keep you full.
- You can switch up the sides and toppings so they never get boring.
- They take a lot of the pressure off busy weeks.
These are real staples and I think you’ll come back to them again and again.

Not being dramatic, but making a big batch of this one feels like a life hack. Pile it into sandwiches one day, use it for tacos the next, or add it to salads and rice bowls for an easy high-protein lunch. It keeps your fridge stocked with endless dinner shortcuts.
