Crockpot Chicken & Green Bean Casserole

- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tsp garlic salt
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 2 (6 oz) boxes chicken stuffing mix
- 1 (12 oz) jar chicken gravy
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 (10 oz) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (12 oz) bag frozen green beans
- Crispy fried onions for topping
Spray an 8-quart slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray. Place the chicken breasts into the bottom of the crockpot and season with the garlic salt, onion powder, and paprika.
In a large bowl, stir together the chicken broth, stuffing mix, and chicken gravy until combined. Spread the mixture over the chicken.
In a separate bowl, mix together the sour cream and cream of mushroom soup. Spread this over the stuffing layer.
Cover and cook on LOW for 5–6 hours.
During the last hour of cooking, add the green beans and spread them around the crockpot.
Scoop onto plates or bowls and top with crispy fried onions before serving.
