Reese's Pieces Oatmeal Cookies

- 1/3 cup butter
- 1/2 cup light brown sugar packed
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1 1/2 cups rolled oats
- 1 10 oz package Reese's mini pieces
Preheat the heat oven to 350°f, and lightly grease a baking sheet.
Add the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar to a large bowl, and beat until fluffy. Beat in the egg and vanilla extract.
Stir the flour, baking soda and salt in a small bowl.
Alternate beating in the flour mixture, then milk to the sugar mixture.
Stir in the oats and Reese’s Pieces.
Drop heaping spoonfuls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, then gently press down.
Bake for 13-15 minutes or until lightly browned.
Allow to cool for 10 minutes on the baking sheet, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
