Prep Time 10 minutes mins
Total Time 10 minutes mins
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp honey
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp whole grain mustard
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 lb shredded cooked chicken
- 1/2 cup diced celery
- 1/2 cup diced red onion
- 1/2 cup diced apple
- 1/3 cup chopped pecans
In a large bowl, whisk together the Dijon mustard, honey, mayonnaise, whole grain mustard, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, and black pepper until smooth and creamy.
Add the shredded chicken, celery, red onion, apple, and pecans, then stir until everything is evenly coated in the dressing.
Refrigerate for about 15 minutes before serving if you have the time. It helps the flavors come together really nicely.
Serve chilled and enjoy.
