Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Season the pork chops on both sides with the garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
Add the pork chops to the skillet and sear for 2-3 minutes per side, just until lightly browned. They don't need to be cooked through at this stage.
Add the halved baby potatoes to the bottom of your slow cooker and spread them out into an even layer.
Arrange the browned pork chops on top of the potatoes.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the garlic Parmesan wing sauce, heavy cream, and Parmesan cheese until combined.
Pour the sauce evenly over the pork chops and potatoes.
Cover and cook on LOW for 6 hours or HIGH for 4 hours, until the pork chops are tender and the potatoes are cooked through.
Give the sauce a quick stir, then sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
Spoon plenty of the sauce over the pork chops and potatoes and serve warm.
