Caramel Iced Coffee

This lighter Caramel Iced Coffee is a refreshing, homemade version of your favorite coffee shop treat—without the extra sugar and calories! Made with brewed coffee, unsweetened almond or oat milk, and low-sugar caramel sauce, it's smooth, creamy, and perfectly sweet. Enjoy it over ice with a dollop of light whipped cream for a guilt-free indulgence!

Ingredients
  

  • 2 tbsp ground coffee
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk or oat milk
  • 1 tbsp low-sugar caramel sauce
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • Ice cubes
  • Store-bought whipped cream - look for a lighter version and use dairy free if you prefer

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the Coffee: Brew your coffee and let it cool.
  • Mix the Drink: In a glass, add ice cubes. Pour the brewed coffee over the ice cubes. Add the unsweetened almond or oat milk to your desired creaminess. Stir in a tablespoon of low-sugar caramel sauce and a splash of vanilla extract.
  • Top with Whipped Cream: Shake the can of store-bought whipped cream before use. Generously add the whipped cream on top of your iced coffee.
  • Garnish: Drizzle extra caramel sauce over the whipped cream for a beautiful finish and an extra touch of flavor!
